The Symposium will be followed by our “Perfumery Excellence Awards Dinner”

Registration

Admission to this event is reserved for those who have booked in advance.

Booking should be made using the form below by Friday 15thAugust 2014. The fee, which includes all sessions, lunch and refreshments, is:

Members of the Society:£110.00

Non-Members:£125.00

For bookings made before 4th August the society can offer a discounted registration fee:

Members of the Society:£100.00

Non-Members:£115.00

Programme:

• Registration & welcoming Coffee from 9.00am. The first presentations will start at 10.15am.
• The Perfumery Excellence Awards Dinner is at 19:30.

A £20 administration charge will be made for cancellations until 28th August 2014. After that the fee is not refundable.

Dinner

The cost of dinner is not included in the Symposium fee. Tickets are: £45.00 for members and £55.00 for non members.

Hotel Accommodation

Delegates wishing to stay overnight on 11th September are offered an all-in fee of £275/285 (members) or £300/310(non-members) for the Symposium, lunch, dinner, and single room accommodation (lower fee applies to bookings made before 4th August).

The rate for anyone wishing to stay the night before the Symposium (10thSeptember) is £130.00 for single room accommodation. Please contact Peter Whipps for accommodation bookings and not the hotel as the BSP have purchased a block number of rooms in advance.
