You may choose to look the other way but you can never say again that you did not know.
Greetings and blessings to all our loyal Pro-Life Corner friends. Many of you have used the PLC in the past, but there may be others who are not familiar with it; for them we present this brief explanation. The purpose of the Pro-Life corner is to present to the church-going public a message pertaining to a pro-life thought. But more important than the message itself is the fact that all faith communities, Catholic, Protestant, and Jewish will have the same message each weekend to show the world that in the name of God the Father, the giver of all life, we are united in our efforts to stop the slaughter of the unborn, the elderly, and the infirm throughout our nation.

January 3 - Regarding abortion and euthanasia: "There is nothing less at stake than America’s future. You and I have the ability, the dignity, and the right to make our own decisions and to determine our own destiny; with God’s help we will do what is right for us, for our children, and for our beloved America." Choose to protect all life.
January 10 - Abortion on demand was built on lies and continues today with lies and deceit. "We fed the public a line of deceit, dishonesty, a fabrication of statistics and figures...We fabricated polls which indicated that 85 percent of the public favored unrestricted abortion, when we knew it was only 5 percent. We unashamedly lied, and yet our statements were quoted [by the media] as though they had been written in law." - Dr. Bernard Nathanson,
January 17 - Just because something happens to be legal does not make it moral, ethical or right. Abortion is perhaps one of the most dramatic examples of a situation where something is legal, but is very much a sin against God and affront against mankind. Fight the pro-death forces today. January 24 - To sin by silence when they should protest, makes cowards of men. No law can give us the right to do what is wrong. Abortion is an unjust and wrong law. How many of us have stayed silent regarding the atrocity of abortion while millions of our precious unborn babies are being slaughtered in their mother's wombs? Speak out and join pro-life today.
January 31 - From its earliest days, the development, research, and promotion of the pill were built on lies-lies which continue today. Women are irreparably harmed by those lies. February 7 - Regarding the atrocities of Planned Parenthood: If you're not outraged, you're not paying attention! Take time to see the videos of Planned Parenthood admitting to selling the body parts of babies they have killed in abortions. Then work to end abortion and taxpayer support of this mega killing center.
February 14 - Ronald Reagan once said: "If we ever forget that we are 'One nation, under God', then we will be one nation gone under." Our nation is fast going under when we allow Planned Parenthood to continue its atrocities against the unborn.
February 21 - George Washington stated: "Your love of liberty-your respect for the laws-your habits of industry- and your practice of the moral and religious obligations, are the strongest claims to national and individual happiness." We have lost these virtues completely. We must fight to regain our religious and moral freedoms.
February 28 - Think of abortion as you read this: "He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps to perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it." Martin Luther King Jr.
March 6 - Things have a price and can be for sale. But people have a dignity that is priceless and worth far more than things. We must end abortion and euthanasia today. The future of America depends on it.
March 13 - "`Fetal tissue' implants are not that much different from Nazi lamp shades made of Jewish skin. Both intend to put by-products of murder to `good use." Now Planned Parenthood has joined the ranks of unbelievable evil by selling the body parts of the babies they murdered by abortion.
March 20 - To err is human! Abortion is no error, it is evil!! We have no right to choose evil; therefore choose to defend all life.
March 27 - “It is the right of every pregnant woman to give birth . . . and the right of every child to be born.” Join pro-life today.
April 3 - "M.I.A. [missing in abortion] P.O.W. [person or waste?]" Planned Parenthood now sells the body parts of the babies they have aborted. They have outdone the Nazi's.
April 10- When the sperm unites with the egg, fertilization has taken place; this has long been the accepted scientific term for pregnancy. In 1965, in order to disguise the fact that The Pill is an abortifacient, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists changed the definition of pregnancy from "fertilization" to the "time of implantation." This change covers up the fact that a little baby dies due to a chemical abortion. The baby dies because it cannot attach itself to a thinned out uterine wall. Learn more at ThePillKills.org
April 17 - What an irony that a society confronted with plastic bags filled with the remains of aborted babies should be more concerned about the problem of recycling the plastic. Lord, give us a contrite heart and the grace to fight euthanasia and abortion.
April 24 - The old law permitted abortion to save one life when two would otherwise die. The new law permits abortion to take one life when two would otherwise live. We truly have lost our way. Let us return to protecting all human life.
May 1 - "Isn't it interesting that all of those people who support the 'choice' of abortion have already been born?" This is a perfect example of 'might is right'. We are the only defense the unborn have. Join pro-life today.
May 8 - Compassion for the mother is extremely important, but is never served through destroying the innocent. Abortion kills children, injures mothers, and destroys the family.
May 15 - If life is not a continuum, from conception to natural death, then all of us are potential victims if we fall out of favor with a ruling elite. This statement has been proven true by the pro-death elite. Join pro-life today; your life could depend on it.
May 22 - Society as a whole must defend the conceived child's right to life and the true good of the woman who can never, in any circumstances, find fulfillment in the decision to abort. If you know of an abortion minded mother, pray she will choose life. Then refer her to a local pregnancy care center.
May 29 - Regarding abortion: No matter what the motive, unless she repents, the woman who commits the deed will be burdened by her conscience in life and it will burden her soul in death; But oh, thrice guilty is he who drove her to the desperation which impelled her to the crime!"
June 5 - There is no more important issue than restoring the protection of the law to pre-born infants. The future of America depends on it.
June 12 - Christians have a duty to be politically active, to register and vote, to lobby and educate candidates and elected officials, and to speak up about the issues that affect the common good. This is especially true regarding matters of abortion and euthanasia.
June 19 - Because of abortion on demand, women are treated as property. It is further degrading to women that they should treat their children as property to be disposed of as she sees fit. Lord, give us the grace and courage to return to a love and respect for all life, born and unborn.
June 26 - "I am deeply troubled by my own increasing certainty that I have in fact presided in over 55,000 deaths. There is no longer serious doubt in my mind that human life exists from the very onset of pregnancy." former abortionist Dr. Bernard Nathanson.
July 3 - "The greatest deception, and the deepest source of unhappiness, is the illusion of finding life by excluding God, of finding freedom by excluding moral truths and personal responsibility." St. John Paul II. Only when we return to the Judeo-Christian principles this nation was founded upon will we have happiness and true freedom.
July 10 - Through surgical abortion, more than 4,000 innocent lives are taken each day in this land of the free and home of the brave, whose lady holds high the torch of welcome to human life, but not the pre-born. What a contradiction.
July 17 - Defend the cause of the weak and fatherless; maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed. Rescue the weak and needy; Deliver them from the hand of the wicked. We must end abortion now. The future of our nation depends on it.
July 24 - There will be over 4000 babies killed in the USA today from surgical abortion. There will be no flags lowered, no president crying, no media hyperventilating. Just a "normal day". May God forgive us and our apathy.
July 31 - The famous "Liberty Bell" has part of Leviticus 25:10 inscribed on it: "Proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof." The Gettysburg Address stated"...this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom." Our nation today needs a new birth of religious freedom, which is rapidly being taken from us. Defend all life and religious freedoms today.
August 7 - No matter how it is performed, abortion hurts women. Abortion won’t stop until women stand up in unison and say, "This is unacceptable. We and the baby deserve better." Refer the mother and baby to a pregnancy care center to help her to choose to let her baby live.
August 14 - Life is valuable, even when it is unwanted, even when it is physically imperfect. Our society has a responsibility to defend the vulnerable and the weak. Our nation should set a goal that unborn children should be welcomed to life and protected in law.
August 21 - Abortion is an atrocity. Those who practice or praise it are either misguided fools, or treacherous devils. Learn how we have been deceived over the past 43 years by the pro-death forces. Then join pro-life and proclaim the gospel of life.
August 28 - When life and family are not treasured and preserved in a society, collapse on all fronts is inevitable. We now are seeing this in America after 43 years of decriminalized abortion. Join pro-life today.
September 4 - "The hairsplitting difference between formed and unformed makes no difference to us. Whoever deliberately commits abortion is subject to the penalty for homicide." St. Basil, Doctor of the Church. God is the creator of all life, therefore all life should be nurtured and respected.
September 11 - Abortion and euthanasia should be listed as an act of terrorism and mass destruction against the voiceless unborn and the elderly. We must work together to end these atrocities; join pro-life today.
September 18 - Fewer women would have abortions if wombs had windows. If you know of an abortion minded woman, have her seek out a pregnancy care center; most of these centers provide free ultrasounds. The ultrasound has become the window to the womb. As many as nine out of ten abortion-minded women choose life after seeing an ultrasound of their baby in the womb.
September 25 - President Thomas Jefferson said: "I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just; that His justice cannot sleep forever". What justice will our nation deserve as we continue to fund Planned Parenthood and the mass murders of the unborn and the selling of their body parts?
October 2 - Fight or flight? So many have given up and ran away. Run into the fight to end abortion and euthanasia!! The future of America depends on it.
October 9 - Silence hides the truth. Speaking up exposes falsehood. What have you done to speak up against the horrors of abortion and Planned Parenthood? If your answer is nothing, then you need to educate yourself and speak out to stop these atrocities.
October 16 - Early feminist leaders were opposed to legalizing abortion since they realized abortion is nothing more than a safety net for irresponsible men. Abortion does nothing to make women equal to men. In fact, abortion hurts women and kills their babies and destroys the future generations of Americans. Pray and work to end abortion.
October 23 - We will never influence the world by trying to be like it. Christians must put the light of Christ on a lamp stand and have the courage to call "good", good and "evil", evil. If we, once again, acknowledge God then He will bless our nation.
October 30 - Are you doing all you can to stop the carnage of abortion? It will never end unless you start to do something to end this travesty. Get involved in pro-life today.
November 6 - Decriminalized abortion has led to the breakdown of the family. There has been a 400% increase in births outside of wedlock, three million teenagers are treated annually for sexually transmitted diseases, and our neighborhoods are devastated by poverty, injustice, crime, and despair. The "fruits" of abortion are destroying our nation.
November 13 - Did you know that women were told the pill prevents some cancers? Overall, this is a negligible factor as other cancers are increased. A study published in the New England JoM shows pill users with high cholesterol have a 23 times the risk of heart attack.
