Outcomes from Valley Nursery questionnaire to parents and carers 2014 – 15

Thank you to all parents and carers who returned the annual questionnaire.

In total there were 8 out of a possible 20 returns which is equivalent to 40%.

12% is one return.

Please remember that feedback from families is very important to us. Open and honest feedback is always welcome, not just via the annual questionnaire.

The analysis of this questionnaire helps to guide our School Improvement Plan for the new school year.

-holiday club for nursery aged children

-Direct debit facilities in the school office
