Thank you for your continued support for our humble service activities for the welfare of the children of LIFE PRISONERS, VICTIMS OF SERIOUS CRIMES LIKE MURDER, LEPROSY PATIENTS AND TSUNAMI AFFECTED FAMILIES.
With your magnanimous help and the blessings of the ALMIGHTY, our service to our less fortunate brethren is going one well. We will send you the ANNUAL REPORT for the year 2009-2010 soon.
Now, we are sending herewith Statement of Accounts for the earlier grant received from ASHA – ST LOUIS for your kind perusal and records. We will send you the Audited Statement of Accounts soon. This enclosed Statement of Accounts is pertaining for the financial year 2009-2010 ending 31st March, 2010 and also for the period 01.04.2010 to 31.12.2010
You were very kind enough to help us to run our Residential Mahatma Gandhi Primary School and Residential Mahatma Gandhi High School successfully for the welfare of the socially handicapped children of our society by contributing your MITE to pay the salary of the staff dedicating their whole service for the overall development of our less fortunate brethren. Now, we once again, come to your doorsteps with a request to continue your benevolent and possible financial support in the same manner as you have done in the past to pay the salary of the dedicated team of our staff members those who are doing yeomen service for the benefit of our tiny tots day and night by staying in our service organization.
If the BUDGET seems to be higher than your limit, you may change the budget on the basis of your available resources and we will try to manage with the sanctioned grant from your end.
Beyond, the BUDGET enclosed herewith for the recurring expenses, we are also sending herewith one more proposal for certain non-recurring expenses to create some infra-structure facilities for the safety and security of the children. IF POSSIBLE, you may consider our request and help us to create at least one or two infra-structure facilities for the welfare of the children which you think to be more essential for the sake of the children. Since we are having Rs. 1,15,305.00 as balance as on 31 st. Dec. 2010 in ASHA – ST – LOUIS account , we hope that we may manage the salary of the staff those who are rendering, their service in our Residential , Primary School & Residential High School till end of this academic year 2010 – 2011 (i.e. ) upto May 2011. Hence, the following BUDGET pertains to the Academic Year 2011-2012 (i.e.) for the period June,2011 – May, 2012. Please go through the budget and extend your possible assistance for the continuity of our service for the welfare of our neglected children.

As we have already mentioned in the foregoing paragraphs, you may change/alter the above BUDGET as per the financial position at your end because your association with SEED for the welfare of our socially abandoned children is much more important than the quantum of the money received from your goodselves.
Hence, we humbly request your goodselves to sanction the above budgetted amount for the period June, 2011 to May, 2012 to run the Residential Primary School Programme and the Residential High School Programme successfully for the welfare of the children of LIFE PRISONERS, VICTIMS OF SERIOUS CRIMES LIKE MURDER, LEPROSY PATIENTS AND ALSO TSUNAMI AFFECTED FAMILIES on an ongoing manner.
For the NON-RECURRING items to create certain infra-structure facilities for our Residential Primary School, Residential High School and Special & Free Industrial Training Centre for the safety and security of the socially deprived children staying and studying in our organization, we are sending herewith a separate PROJECT PROPOSAL which may kindly be considered sympathetically and favourably at your end for the financial assistance at least for one or two items in the enclosed proposal. IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE at your end, you may kindly send it to other ASHA chapters for getting their financial assistance for one or two items in the enclosed proposal.
