7. One part of the application process is to participate in an online training experience. You may have to work with others in a team environment to produce work. How well do you work in a team environment? How would you handle someone who is not fully contributing to team assignments?

8. Aside from your education and experience, what will you do to help better educate your students? What methods would you implement to aid in their education?

9. What will you do if you are met with opposition by your students? How are going to handle difficult students?

10. How would you explain the purpose of Christian Higher Education?

11. St. Paul Christian University adjunct faculty members are encouraged to integrate scriptural truth with the concepts of the discipline they represent. How might you integrate scriptural truth into your discipline? How would students know you had done so?

12. How has salvation and acceptance of Christ as your Savior affected your life?

13. How might your personal Faith in Jesus Christ be evident and applied to the classroom activities?

14. List any personal ministry, church involvement or spiritual growth that has been important to you during the past year.

15. Are you legally authorized to work in the United States, and for St. Paul Christian University?

16. Do you have a current, signed Social Security card or other documentation authorizing you to work? (If you do not, please request one as soon as possible as this will be required as part of the application process to verify your identity should you be invited to join our faculty).
