Terms and Conditions of fees and charges
- There is a £30 administration fee when you register your child with the Nursery. If your child is entitled to government funding this payment is exempt.
- Fees must be paid half termly in advance by the first day of term.
- Fees can be paid by bacs (details below), cash, childcare vouchers or tax free childcare.
No cheques please.
- There is a £10 administration charge for any late payments.
- Non-payment could result in your child losing their place at the Nursery.
- Fees are payable for any holiday or sickness time taken during the term.
- During extreme weather conditions, ‘snow days’ or any unforeseen situations beyond our control we will endeavour to remain open whenever possible. When these conditions occur and the Nursery needs to close, fees are still due.
- Unfunded hours are currently charged at £5.25 per hour (£31.50 per day)
- Nursery fees are subject to an annual review.
- Late collection of your child will be charged at £10 for the first 15 minutes then a further £10 per hour thereafter.
- If you wish to withdraw your child from the Nursery at any time you must submit your request in writing, giving at least one term’s notice. You will be liable for a terms fee in lieu of notice, should it not be received.

- The registration fee is non-refundable in the event of a place not being taken once reserved.
- A 50% non-refundable fee will be payable for each term if you decide to defer your child once a place has already been offered. If the Nursery decide your child is not yet ready this fee will not be payable.
Please note that it is our policy that no child must attend Nursery whilst suffering from or carrying any infectious diseases (including chicken pox). In the case of sickness and diarrhoea children must not attend Nursery until 48 hours after their last bout of illness.
