Addendum: Minaj-a-Trois Competition
In addition to 5FM’s standard Competition Terms and Conditions, the below conditions also apply for the Minaj-a-Trois competition conducted on 5FM, from Monday, 29 February 2016 to Friday, 11 March 2016.
a) The Minaj-a-Trois competition takes place from Monday, 29 February to Friday, 11 March, on 5FM and can happen any time from 05h00 to 19h00.
b) To enter, contestants must listen from Modnay to Friday between 05h00 and 19h00 for a song featuring Nicki Minaj and 2 other artists. When the track is played, contestants must call the competition line and correctly identify the track for a chance to win.
c) Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
d) The prize is 2 x general access tickets to Nicki Minaj live in South Africa in Johannesburg, Durban or Cape Town. The winner will be afforded the opportunity to choose a city closest to them.
e) The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food or beverage and anything not detailed in the prize description above.
f) The winner must be able to take up the prize on the date of the event. Concert dates are as follows:
- 17 March 2016 – Johannesburg – Ticketpro Dome
- 20 March 2016 – Durban – Moses Mabhida
- 22 March 2016 – Cape Town – Grand Arena, Grandwest
g) Children 13 years of age or younger MUST be accompanied by an adult. For further concert restrictions, please see www.ticketpros.co.za
h) The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 5FM and the promoter accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prize. If a prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, 5FM and the promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value and/or specification. To the extent permitted by law: (a) 5FM and the promoter make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Prize; and (b) no compensation will be payable if, for any reason, a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
i) The winners will be announced on air during the competition moment and 5FM will contact the winners telephonically to make prize arrangements.
