SM 103 - cable guiding

Mounting bracket

Made of die-cast aluminium, can be used for horizontal or vertical installation.

Roller tube

Grooved shaft made of sendzimir-galvanised steel sheet, dimension 78/1 mm (complete width >6000 mm- ø 85 mm); roll cap made of plastic

Front rail

Front rail ø 35 mm made of extruded aluminium, with pushed-in weighting iron.

Cable guiding

Standard:
polyamide-sheathed stainless steel wire
Alternatively: blank stainless steel wire
dimension ø 2.5 mm.

Strainer clamp

Die-cast aluminium part with clamping screw to clamp the cable.

Crank handle drive

Bevel gear unit with gear reduction 3:1 without limit stop.
Alternatively (for a surcharge): Bevel gear unit 4.4:1 with variable limit stop adjustable from the outside. Operation via crank rod with ball hook;
length of the crank handle 1200, 1400 or 1800 mm

Motor drive

Tubular motor with 230 V operating voltage, 50 Hz, protective system IP 44. Capacity (W) matched to the size of the unit. Noise emission level <= 70dB(A) according to EN ISO 12100-2:2003.
Built into the shaft with integrated limit stops for the upper and lower end position. Thermo-protective switch to prevent overheating. Standard model with Hirschmann adapter (STAS 3 with circlip, wired at the motor). For a surcharge with coupling (STAK 3) for on-site connection.
Alternatively:
Tubular motor with 230 V operating voltage, 50 Hz, protective system IP 44 and integrated radio receiver.

Crank handle drive

Blind

Acrylic Fabric:
with approx. 300 g/m², light-resistant and weatherproof, dirt and oil repelling, water repelling as well as resistant to tearing and rotting.
Polyester Fabric:
Soltis 86 - approx. 380 g/m²
Soltis 92 - approx. 420 g/m²
PVC-coated, high resistance to tearing, flame resistant, dirt repelling, with high light and thermo protection.
Glastex-Screen Fabric:
with approx. 525 g/m², colour-fast, UV-resistant, flame resistant, water, heat, corrosion resistant and rot-free.

Covering width = complete width - 110 mm (crank handle drive) or 92 mm (electric drive).
Tolerance of variations in length according to EN13561.

Colours

As a standard all visible surfaces are in white-aluminium (RAL 9006) and powder-coated. Special colours see chapter "General notes – colour information"
Small cast parts are galvanically coated.

Fasteners, installation material

All screwed connections, fixings and connections are made of stainless steel A2.
