I.  Upcoming labs

  1. Projectile – Thursday 10/6, Mike, 1:30
  2. Atomic Target Practice – Thursday 10/13 , Nick, 1:30 - CHANGE
  3. Genetic equilibrium - Thursday, 10/20, 9:30 Julia

II.  Lab updates

  1. Predator prey – redone by Arie and Nick, we put up on wiki today
  2. Dave and Kathy will run excel w/ no kids
  3. Freezing point - Basic version made by Dave, needs editing by someone (?) – Nick will review
  4. Projectile – mike updated yesterday, final is up and should go up onto website

III.  Ongoing

  1. HS student for research project
  2. Info sent to Andy, haven’t heard back from him
  3. Outreach to new recruits
  4. Teachers, media people
  5. Ask Julia to do it since Kathy failed…
  6. Renaming all labs – Mike will take first pass

IV.  Boxes for outreach

  1. Put nick and mike for contacts if there are questions
  2. Kathy and Dave shop tomorrow
  3. Order – freezing pt depression should be last to do

V.  On wiki, list all labs with status – in future weeks, we will go through each lab and decide what stage the lab is.

  1. Remind Nick to bring projector to next week’s meeting

VII.  Send email to list of people if they cant make this meeting are they still interested in meeting. Try to get everyone to commit to a lab. First half hour will be talking about the project.
