c.  Vice President of Member Development – Anika Sutter ()

i.  Member and faculty nominations for the Scholarship Dinner on February 23. These nominations are due: TONIGHT, January 27 at midnight to

1.  To select Member:

a.  Consider how your chapter defines academic excellence/values and nominate a member who embodies those values

2.  Faculty/Staff can include anyone who works for TCU that has made an impact on your chapter

3.  With nominations please include a reason why both member and faculty were nominated!!

4.  Panhellenic delegates: please deliver the dinner invitations to your scholarship chair and nominees (both member and faculty) by February 5 to give them ample time to RSVP.

ii. Chapter Presidents: Please write a letter (using the cards in front of you) to the parents of the scholarship dinner nominees. I will email you a template that you can use as a guide.

1.  Please give me these letters UNSEALED by: Wednesday, February 17 at council meeting

a.  Will take care of mailing to parents

iii.  Associate Delegates: You will be delivering cookies and a thank you poster for faculty members.

1.  February 9 I will be in the multipurpose building from 2:30-5:30 with the cookies for you to pick up so that you can deliver both cookies and posters to the faculty that I will assign to you.

a.  Due on Feb. 9th

2.  Anika will set up what departments you are responsible for

a.  AXΩ - Welcome to the Alpha Chi house! We were founded in 1885 at DePauw University. Our colors are scarlet red and olive green, our flower is the red carnation, our symbol is the lyre which reflects our musical heritage and our philanthropy is domestic violence awareness. Also, we'd love to see y'all tomorrow at Potbelly from 5-8pm as we fundraise for Circle of Sisterhood!

b.  AΔΠ - We are so excited to have welcomed 9 wonderful new members home to ADPi this weekend! Our officers also cannot wait to attend our District Leadership Conference in Tulsa this upcoming weekend!

c.  AOΠ - We had fun atour recruitment workshop Saturday and all our sisters lovedour Founder's Day Brunch where wegotto celebrate our sisterhoodwith our Alums on Sunday!

d.  XΩ - We are so proud to have initiated 68 wonderful new members this past weekend and welcome them to their first chapter meeting on Sunday night

e.  ΔΔΔ - We are proud to say we raised over $10,000 for St.Jude at DHOP! We hope everyone has a great rest of the week.

f.  ΔΓ – We are excited for a cupcake party at the house this Friday!

g.  ΓΦΒ – We are excited for our Chapter Retreat tomorrow at Flight Deck Trampoline Park!

h.  KAΘ – Theta Founder's Day is January 27th, and we can't wait to celebrate with Theta alum!

i.  KKΓ – We had an awesome first chapter meeting and look forward to the exciting new year!

j.  ΠΒΦ – We had a pie eating contest for our first formal chapter this week and we are excited for our members to experience the tunnel of oppression.

k.  ΣK – We are putting our final touches on our first mixer next weekend and excited for our spring bid day next week!

l.  ZTA – We had a great first PIE meeting with our newly initiated members and had our rededication ceremony at chapter this Sunday!
