Homecoming tickets are on sale starting today. $20 for seniors with dues paid, $25 for everyone else. Guest waivers are in guidance and must be turned in to Mr. Glass no later than Friday morning. Guests must be at least a freshman in high school and no older than 20 years of age. Tickets will be sold during both lunches. In addition, Mrs. Croker has tickets in guidance for those students who are off campus during lunch. Please do not interrupt Mrs. Newman’s classes to purchase tickets. Tickets will not be sold the evening of the dance. Cash only, please. No checks will be accepted.

GUIDANCE

·  Students, FGCU is cancelling their visit this week. LSSC’s annual College Night is also cancelled for this week. FAU will be her on the 21st during lunches in the Dog House.

·  September 27th is the deadline for the free online application for college scholarships. See Mrs. Paulling or Mrs. Croker in Guidance.

CLUBS

·  The Tavares High Astronomy Club will meet today in Mr. Moore's room, Building 2, Room 201. The meeting will be during Learning Opportunities. Anyone with an interest in science is welcome to attend!

·  “Attention All “Help Our Planet Earth” or HOPE Club members and future members: The second mandatory HOPE Club meeting of the year will be during Learning Opportunity Thursday in Mrs. Farner’s room. Officer elections will be held.
