  1. THE OPEN INDIVIDUAL EVENTS (100 metres) INCLUDE JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS. ALL SWIMMERS OF ANY AGE ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENTER THE OPEN EVENTS (INCLUDING THE SPRINTS). THIS EXCLUDES THE OPEN INDIVIDUAL MEDLEY EVENTS WHERE ENTRY IS RESTRICTED TO THOSE SWIMMERS 12yrs OF AGE AND OVER.
  2. THE 9/10yrs AGE GROUP WILL NOT INCLUDE SEPARATE FINALS FOR THE 9yrs BUT MEDALS WILL BE PRESENTED. THE FORMAT IS THE SAME AS THE OPEN/JUNIOR EVENTS.

  2. ENTRY CARD SYSTEM WILL BE USED. CARDS TO BE POSTED IN COLLECTION BOX BY 20minutes BEFORE ADVERTISED STARTING TIME OF THE GALA.
  3. DATES OF BIRTH OF SWIMMERS TO BE SUBMITTED ON ENTRY FORM WHERE REQUESTED. IN THE OPEN EVENTS, PLEASE GIVE YEAR OF BIRTH SO I CAN SEED THE ENTRIES IN DATE ORDER.

  5. AGE AS AT 31st December 2018
  6. TEAM MEMBERS MAY BE CHANGED BUT NOT IF THEY HAVE ALREADY SWUM INA DIFFERENT TEAM.
