Supreme Court Cases

Requirements:

1.)  Pick a Fold out (We will do that soon)

2.)  Pick a Supreme Court Case (no 2 students will do the same case)

3.)  On the fold out, you will need all of the following:

  1. Year of the Court Case
  2. Names of the Supreme Court Justices
  3. Names (first and last) of the 2 people involved in the trial (who the court case is named after) and who they each were
  4. Summary of the issue in the court case in your own words.
  5. Decision of the Supreme Court Case (9-0, 7-2, 5-4, etc.) and which side the Supreme Court sided with
  6. How this decision changed life in America (the effect on life) in your own words.
  7. A Brief background of what was going on in America at the time that would have influenced this court case and decision
  8. At least 3 pictures
