1.Introduction
1.1Purpose of the SID Document
The Supporting Information Document is used to capture the general support information for the system artifacts. It acts as a reference to the various artifacts and files in the project. SID provides Traceability Matrix providing the link between OCD, Win-Win Report, Win conditions prioritization and Test cases. SID gives project specific glossary and also contains Document Tailoring section which identifies the changes made in project’s different documents so far.
1.2Status of the package
This is the draft version of SID. In this document, Initial Traceability matrix, project-specific glossary and updated status of Core FC package documents have been documented and references added.
The Status of Core FC package is as below:
WinWin – 2 sessions have been conducted between the team and the client. The requirements, Win conditions and the issues have been posted on WinBook along with the Google spreadsheet.
OCD – Version 2.1 of OCD is created with all the necessary changes made and all sections completed.
LCP – Version 2.0 of LCP has been created and all the sections have been completed.
SSAD – Version 1.1 of OCD has been created with all the required section completed.
FED – Version 2.1 of FED has been created with all the sections completed.
PRO – Version 1.0 has been created with all the changes being documented and all sections completed.
SID – All the sections are completed as per required in Core FC package in the Version 1.1.

Feasibility Evidence Description provides the feasibility of the project in terms of business case analysis, risk assessment.
3.OCD
It describes the success-critical stakeholders’ shared vision of the project and the new proposed operational concept.
4.LCP
Life Cycle Plan documents objectives, milestones, deliverables of the project.
5.SSAD
It documents the architecture of the system created from object oriented analysis and design of the system.
6.PRO
It gives the prototype of the system requirements.
7.NDI
Non-Development Item is the commercially available product used by the system.
8.COTS
It’s the commercial off the shelf product available whose functionalities will be used by the system without any modification.
9.Moodle
Moodle is a Course Management System. It is a web application to create online learning sites.
