The Roots & Wings collection ofjams burst with the tastiest, fruitiest flavours that capture the pure, natural essence of sun ripened fruit. Each spoonful of jam zings;it’s a true treat for the senses.
The jams are made with sumptuous, ripe fruitsthat are grown in long established organic orchards from varieties that are native to the land which absolutely thrive. The fruit is grown for its pure and sweet flavour. At harvest time much of the fruit is picked by hand, keeping alive precious age-old traditions, and nurturing what nature gave us.
Simply locking in the flavours is the job left to the expert jam makers down in Somerset. The small team of artisan jam makers slowly and carefully cook the fresh fruit by hand in traditional, open copper pans. It’s a simple but highly skilled job, one that has been perfected over many decades.
The array of jams continues to grow, there are now six five flavours to choose from including jam, marmalade and the Great Taste Award double GOLD winner, Beautifully Smooth Lemon Curd.

Going for Gold, the Guild of Fine Food hosts The Great Taste Awardseach year. It’s a fiercely contested competition for speciality food and drinks producers. Winners are selected by exceptionally honed palates of over 400 judges, comprising chefs, food writers, key buyers and retailers. The double win for the Beautifully Smooth Lemon Curd is a wonderful reward for the Roots & Wings expert jam makers, who work hard to create the most divine results.
The jams are available to buy through the finest independents food stores, in supermarkets and on line at , they retail from £2.75 for 340g and are available in miniature single serve pots for hotels and on-board travel.
