1.1Relevant product/service market

The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as: “the TU SR”)issued the Decision of Market No.6- Wholesale terminating segments of leased linesin accordance with the Commission Recommendation of 17 December 2007 on relevant product and service markets within the electronic communications sector susceptible to ex ante regulation in accordance with Directive 2002/21/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on a common regulatory framework for electronic communications networks and services on 20 January 2011.

This summary notification form provides information on the TU SR´s price calculation methodon market No. 6 - Wholesale terminating segments of leased lines.

The market definition, market analysis and proposed regulatory remedies were included in the TU SR´s notification concerning the relevant market , registered and assessed by the European Commission as case No. SK/2011/1261.

The relevant geographic market is defined in the analysis notified on 21st October 2011 as case SK/2011/1261.
