The camp will emphasize skills such as shooting, dribbling, ball handling, passing, team offense and defense, rebounding, defensive skills, offensive moves to the basket and much more. We will also have five on five game competition each day.

Location: BHS Main Gym

The camp will emphasize individual basketball skills, practice drills & habits to improve as a basketball player. Come and enjoy the Bartlett Hawk tradition. High School campers will be introduced to BHS fitness center. Attending the high school camp may also include participation in summer league and Varsity shoot-outs.

Open to runners of all experience levels – We welcome brand new runners and varsity cross country athletes alike! If you plan on joining Cross Country in the Fall, this is the camp for you! Be sure to wear proper running shoes and attire. Wear sunscreen and bring a water bottle. All athletes must also wear a watch! All campers will receive a T-shirt.

Attendance in this camp is STRONGLY recommended. Campers will receive top notch instruction from our Bartlett Coaching Staff. Campers will meet in the building for attendance and strength training each day camp is in session. Camp will introduce techniques and schemes necessary for success during the upcoming season. Campers will learn skills and techniques vital to their success on the football field. Bartlett football staff and players will be instructing throughout the week. Bartlett Offensive, Defensive, and Special Teams techniques and schemes will be taught. This is not a contact or conditioning camp. Our goal is for campers to give all campers an enjoyable and memorable experience. T-shirt included. All forms mailed by May 25 or turned into Coach Ilich by June 6 – Row the Boat !

The league will emphasize golf etiquette,correct practice habits and play 9 holes of golf each Tuesday. There will be a greens fee of $10.00 (ten dollars) every Tuesday to Bartlett Hills Golf Club.

Most people think that athletes are either born fast or not. At Mach Speed Camp we do not. We do things differently to get the most out of an athlete. The essential aspects of running are not skipped over that most other places ignore. At the camp, focus will be on training proper running techniques to get the most out of an athlete’s ability. Straight ahead speed will be a focus, but also proper multi direction agility techniques will be taught and drilled. Athletes will notice a difference in their speed and form by the end of camp. They will also have drills that they can practice on their own.

Location: BHS Track facility

Athletes start with a video analysis of running & jumping techniques. Next will be Be-Activated to check to make sure all of their muscles are working in sequence. Then a program will be created based on what the body needs. Athletes will perform better and will also be less injury prone due to proper training and muscle recruitment patterns. Equipment used is some of the most advanced equipment in the country. Eccentrix Kbox, Run Rocket, Brower Timing System and Just Jump System are used to develop athlete’s abilities. Successes of individuals who have trained have seen results of increase of 3 to 7 inches on vertical jump and 0.4 to 0.6 of a second improvement on the 40 yard dash.

Contact to schedule training sessions. Training session choices will be from Monday – Thursday during June, July, and August from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm. Each session will be 1 ½ hours.

Groups of 2-3 will cost $25.00 per session, Groups of 4 or more will cost $20.00 per session.

The camp curriculum is designed to challenge and enhance the player’s technical and tactical understanding of the game. By the end of the camp, a player will have been exposed to various game tactics, strategies, and skills which will help take their game to the next level. All levels will be coached by the Varsity Coach and former Varsity players. Goalies are to bring all equipment with them on the first day. Each full-time camper will receive a free t-shirt.

This is a two week camp that will focus on all the skills necessary for success in softball. Those skills

will be practiced in both weeks of the camp.

Furthermore, said child is NOT insured by School district U-46. All Athletes must be covered under parents’ insurance in order to participate in camp.
