GENERAL BACKGROUND INFORMATION

Sullivan County Board of School Directors.

You must hold current CPR/AED certification that does not expire until after your sports season ends. A free course will be offered at the high school the first week in November and third week in February, annually.

You must hold current First Aid certification that does not expire until after your sports season ends. A free course will be offered at the high school the first week in November and third week in February, annually.
- Concussion Management Certification
Go to and follow instructions for concussion management.
- Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certification
Go to and follow instructions for the CardiacWise test.
- TB Test/Results
Test/results must be dated within one year.
