· Use outside social media channels to drive people to the Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA) website at www.achaheart.org/heartmonth to learn more about how they can help us promote during Heart Month through two easy ways:
o Social Media
§ Download the Facebook photo overlay on your current profile image or just replace your profile image with our image for the month of February
§ Download the Facebook cover photo for your page
§ Use the messages below throughout the month
o Make a donation to help ACHA raise critical funds to extend the lives of millions living with congenital heart disease
§ In memory of a loved one
§ In honor of a loved one
§ In honor of someone who has supported your CHD journey
Things to Remember
· If you don’t want to use these messages, you are also welcome to simply share/retweet ACHA’s messages that are posted throughout February to your fans and followers.
· It is very important to use the link - http://bit.ly/2himAEn - when posting on social media
· All participants should like the ACHA on Facebook and follow us on Twitter.
· On Facebook, please be sure to tag the Adult Congenital Heart Association whenever possible and use #1in100 to show you are impacted by the 1 in 100 babies born each year in the U.S. with CHD whenever possible.
