3:00 PM Residence Halls open until 5:00. Make sure you check in before 5:00 and come eat!
5:00–6:30 PM Food provided by LMB Alumni for LMB in MUS 152 in the music building. Drum-line eat quickly and get ready for orientation with Mike.
7:00 PM LMB orientation in Cole Hall in the music building.
9:00 PM LMB – Band Buddies Social Event

REGISTRATION & AUDITIONS à 8:00 AM-1:00 PM
If you are an incoming freshman or transfer student and haven’t played an audition, you must do so at the times listed below. Music majors need not audition.
Following registration, TOJ’s, Color Guard, and Percussion proceed to rehearsal sites: Percussion in MUS 170. TOJ’s and Color Guard to HPE.
12:00 PM Lunch provided by Tau Beta Sigma
2:00 PM Rehearsal for all winds in the BAND HALL (MUS 121).
4:00 PM BREAK – DINNER provided by TBA (potentially on your own)
6:00 PM Marching rehearsal for all Leadership, freshmen, and transfer wind students at the Commuter Lot. All TOJ’s, Color Guard, and Percussion report to rehearsal sites.
8:00 PM Rehearsal Ends
9:00 PM Activity: Campus Scavenger Hunt! Each section is a team led by your leadership!

1:00 PM Sectional rehearsals. Rooms listed below are the same for Tuesday, August 23rd and Saturday, August 27th.

3:30 PM FREE TIME
5:00 PM Dinner provided by First Baptist Church Nacogdoches
5:30 PM Leadership Band to “Meet the Jacks!” in Grand Ballroom. Dress is LMB Polos and shorts.
6:00 PM Marching rehearsal for all winds at the COMMUTER LOT. All TOJ’s, Color Guard, and Percussion report to rehearsal sites.
9:00 PM Game Night in the band hall, bring TVs, video games, board games, etc.

6:15 PM Meet in Birdwell plaza by the Music Building.

11:30 AM Lunch provided by Athletic Department (Freshmen Football Team members) at East College Cafeteria. Attendance is mandatory, be loud and start showing them your support!
2:00 PM Full band rehearsal in the BAND HALL. Color Guard/TOJ’S to sites.
4:00 PM Full Band and Auxiliary (TOJ’s and Color Guard included) marching rehearsal at Commuter Lot.
