Venue Rental
Per Performance: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday $1,800.00
Per Performance: Friday, Saturday, Sunday $2,000.00
Additional Performance (same day) $ 750.00
Rehearsal: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday $ 300.00
Rehearsal: Friday, Saturday, Sunday $ 500.00
Venue Rental covers “four wall” usage only, from 8:00AM to 12:00AM. Additional hours may result in overtime charges. The State Theatre management reserves the right to reschedule the scheduled rehearsal by giving a 30 day notice. For all staffing and other services including theatrical lighting and sound charges please see below.
Staffing
Box Office per event $ 150.00
Includes ticket sales and post-performance settlement
House/Event Manager per day $ 75.00
Stagehands User billed at prevailing rates
Stagehand rates are calculated by a 4-hour minimum per call: Load-in, Show and Load-out. Overtime rates apply when any call exceeds 8 hours or extends beyond 12:00AM.
PLEASE NOTE: Crew requirements concerning load-in/out, rehearsals, and technical sessions will be jointly determined by the State Theatre via discussions with the user based upon the technical needs of the production. The final crew requirements will be established by the State Theatre.
Security (required)
Two uniformed officers at $25.00 an hour, four hour minimum $ 200.00
Housekeeping
For routine use of the State Theatre $ 300.00
Upon determination of the management an additional fee for all
extraordinary cleaning services in all areas used by users personnel
and performers applies. $ 250.00
Lobby Use Only $ 200.00
Hospitality
Catering arrangement can be made by the State Theatre. User will be billed
Lighting
General Stage Wash $ 200.00
Two standard spot lights per performance per operator $ 75.00
If a specific lighting plot is to be hung the State Theatre must have it
30 days prior to the scheduled performance. An additional fee applies $ 200.00
Sound
House Speech System - includes podium and one microphone $ 100.00
Additional Microphones (each) $ 5.00
Use of Steinway Grand piano-tuning included $ 150.00
Wireless microphones (each) $ 75.00
CD Player, Cassette Deck and Clear Com System are available at no additional expense.
If additional sound reinforcement is required, arrangements can be made
through the State Theatre. User will be billed
When requested in a timely manner, every effort will be made to issue cost estimates based on information provided to the State Theatre. Please understand that this will be an estimate only, and that unforeseen technical needs may cause costs to escalate. Any estimate given cannot be construed as firm, and will not be considered binding.
