3Determine your law form. Our country was founded on Biblical principles – you don't need to believe in God to understand and accept the Bible as a law form. Our country's founding documents were based upon the principles found in the Bible. Every county that is live so far that we've heard about is using the Bible as their law form.
4Appoint officers. To start with you'll need:
Chairman to run the meetings weekly.
Scribe to take notes, keep everyone on track.
Treasurer to protect and keep track of all monies belonging to the assembly.

5Get seals for your county. These seals are currently being done by a delegate on Oregon, and will arrive via email. Contact your delegate and ask them to have Judy-Ann make your seal. You can then arrange for a physical seal to be made through an office supply store.

The men and women on the first judicial district of the county of Sky are assembled and decree that: The first judicial district civilian government as an assembly of tens, fifties, hundreds and thousands has assembled on a regular basis and elected office holders including but not limited to a judge and is hereby established and now addressing county private civilian affairs, and the courts are now in session; whereby, all matters addressed by our court are the final judgment and decree on all matters. The treasury is fully operational. The second judicial district operates on Washington A.D. 1878 within the boundary of the county of Sky, A.D. 1883. This is hereby decreed and ordered this twenty-sixth day of the third month A.D. two thousand ten. Signed under seal: chairman, scribe; Treasurer; Judge; Scribe/clerk.
2010-002A decree accepting the Scriptures as our law form.
It is hereby decreed that the accepted law form is the Scriptures (i.e., word of God inscripturated, sometimes called "The Bible.")
2010-003A decree determining conduct of assembly members.
It is hereby decreed that members are required to be men and women of honor, as defined in Exodus 18:21: Able men who fear God, men of truth, men who hate dishonest gain.

2010-005A decree establishing the office of Ranger.
It is hereby decreed that the office of Ranger is hereby established on the county of Sky. Rangers are voluntarily established by the county of Sky assembly, need to do their own paperwork, and are responsible for all of their own equipment, training, etc. Rangers are also approved to use ranger plates on their automobiles, number 759-(their designated number) (SKY on the phone pad.)
Ranger duties:
a)keep the peace
b)investigate as assigned by the court
c)serve court documents
d)fulfill lawful decisions of the court
Rangers will be paid on a case-by-case basis, as so agreed by parties concerned.
2010-006A decree recognizing the right to travel.
It is hereby decreed that the men and women on the county of Sky who travel by private, non-commercial means have the right to travel and cannot be subject to any regulations or restrictions, and they are fully responsible for their own actions. The county of Sky assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever in this matter.
The men and women on the county of Sky who desire to have a Travel Warrant will have said document signed by assembly members upon approval by the assembly. The man or woman is responsible for the cost and production of their own Travel Warrant.

It is hereby decreed that the men and women on county of Sky, accept and publish as part of the basis for our law form, the following: “If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honor, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the Unites States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.”
