Based on your feedback, the goal of this educational event is to provide the most up-to-date information regarding children with diabetes.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This program is designed for thefollowing health care providers responsible for children in school:

  • School Nurses
  • Other staff that deal with students with diabetes on a daily basis

Space is Limited to 175Participants

*Priority given to School Nurses

Learning Outcome

School nurses will be enabled to deliver age-appropriate evidence-based care to students with new onset diabetes transitioning from hospital to the school

You will have an opportunity to practice using insulin pumps,sensors and glucose meters.

A product fair by multiple company representativeswill take place during dinner.
