Staff Application Form 2018
Bar Harbour Camp, Stettler and Hardisty Lake Camp work together to offer staff positions that are of longer duration for the summer. Summer staff will have the opportunity to work at both camp locations.
Both camps are accredited by the Alberta Camping Association and the United Church Camping Standards.
Staff positions require that the applicant be a minimum age of 18 years on the first day of camp, with the exceptions of:
- Director’s position which requires that the applicant have a Degree in relevant field of study or an equivalent number of years post high school completion. Job descriptions are available on both camp websites.
- Waterfront Support (Hardisty) – which can be 16 years with the appropriate Lifeguard Qualifications.

A Condition of employment is that, by July 1, 2018, staff members must have:
. A current Canadian Police Record Check, Level 2. (Available from your local police agency. Obtaining a Record Check from larger centers may take a while)
Current Standard First Aid Certification. (either St. Johns or Red Cross)
