This tournament, which is going to be a big judo happening, is open to :
Pré-minimesBoys and girlsborn in 1996 & 95Weigh at 10h30 - 11h15
MinimesBoys and girlsborn in 1994 & 93Weigh at 13h00 - 13h30
Cadets - cadettesBoys and girlsborn in 1992 & 91Weigh at 15h00 - 15h30
EspoirsBoys and girlsborn in 1990 & 89Weigh at 9h00 - 9h30
To assure a perfect organization, we need all the registration forms by November 4th the latest.
Fees for participation:judoka : 2,50EUR (pré-minimes and minimes: free entrance;
spectators : 4EUR
The fights will take place on 7 tatamis. (Regulation of the Belgian Judo League)
In 2004, 650 judokas have participated to the 12th Jacques Henris Mémorial, only with affiliations to French, English, Polish an Dutch clubs. It would be a great honor for us if your club could join this big event.

REGULATION OF THE JACQUES HENRIS MEMORIAL
In order to assure a perfect organisation, entries must be received by Friday, November 4th the latest.
NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SITE.
Participation fees:
- 2,50 EUR per judoka to be paid on account number 068-2053510-47 (IBAN: BE22 0682 0535 1047 BIC: GKCCBEBB) including the message «Registration Mémorial + name of the club + number of judokas» (except for pré-minimes and minimes : free entrance). The payments have to be performed before November 14th, 2005 to be taken into account.
- 4 EUR for the spectators
The fights will take place on 7 tatamis. (Regulation of the Belgian Judo League)
Pré-minimes – Boys & Girls born in 1996 -1995
Registration and weigh
The judokas are weighed in judogi. The registration is confirmed with a dedicated form given to the club’s responsible at the entrance, of which you will find a sample enclosed. The registration is performed on the responsibility of the participating club, which has to pay attention only to present judokas with a correct and valid licence, insurance, medical certificate and passport.
Minimum degree: orange belt.
Fights organization
Morphological pools of 4 judokas.
Fights duration1 minute 30 secondes
Immobilizations : 25 sec
Rewards
Each participant will receive a medal
Minimes – Boys & Girls born in 1994-1993
Registration and weigh
The judokas are weighed in judogi. The registration is confirmed with a dedicated form given to the club’s responsible at the entrance, of which you will find a sample enclosed. The registration is performed on the responsibility of the participating club, which has to pay attention only to present judokas with a correct and valid licence, insurance, medical certification and passport.
Minimum degree: orange belt.
Fights organization
Fight-tables of 8 judokas with double retrievial (each judoka has to fight at least 2 times). The composition of the fight-tables is defined taking in account the weight of the judokas (the 8 lightest judokas together, 8 heaviest together and so on)
Fights duration2 minutes
Immobilizations : 25 sec
Rewards
The four leaders of each fight-table will receive a medal.

4 minutes for boys and girls born in 90-89(Kantsetsu & shime waza autorized).

Rewards
The four leaders of each fight-table will receive a medal.
Notice
Only the club’s coach will be allowed to stay around the tatamis, identified by his official coaching-card.
The supporters and the non-fighting judokas will stay in the tribunes.
The registrations of the judokas will be confirmed on the website of the club: results and the pictures of the stages will be published on the same website.
