A clear understanding of the legal and policy framework underpinning foster carer reviews
An opportunity to think about the purpose of reviews
Considered the preparation and sources of evidence to inform foster carer reviews (including special circumstances reviews)
Considered best practice in carer’s review meetings
Opportunity to think about anti discriminatory practice and dynamics that can arise
Evaluated the role of the fostering panel in considering reviews.
