Prescribed Learning Outcome: Demonstrate the knowledge, attitudes, and positive habits needed to be healthy individuals, responsible for your own physical and emotional well-being.
Proof: Six paragraph essay on how you achieved the prescribed learning outcome for your grade 10 and 11 years: The introduction needs a proper thesis and an introduction to the essay. Each body paragraph needs a proper topic sentence that is supported by at least three examples and a concluding sentence. The Attributes of a BC Graduate states that graduates should have competency in writing, thus it is important that you take care of your spelling and grammar.

Body 1: sound nutritional habits
Body 2: regular exercise routines
Body 3: emotional health management (i.e. ways to manage stress)
Body 4: positive health choices (healthy relationships, drugs and alcohol, etc.)
Conclusion: summation of your essay – reviews the main points
Attach your essay to your Graduation Transitions package and title it Grade 10 & 11 Physical Activity & Healthy Living
