For each semester taught, faculty should complete and submit a new form for every course and return to Melissa Whalen in the Academic Life office. Forms are due by the first day of registration for a given term. Desk copies for Teaching Assistants must be requested on this form. It is up to the publishers’ discretion whether or not to provide desk copies for teaching assistants. / Students may acquire textbooks by ordering online at the Cokesbury Virtual Bookstore and having books shipped to them. Special Instructions to Cokesbury: 1. I would like to get a desk copy of Creation and humanity if possible; I wrote ‘Yes’ in the box because I didn’t know what else to do. If I can’t get one, I will survive. 2. More important, I am not at all averse to students ordering used copies of these books, and they can save significant money if they do; nearly all are longstanding theology texts. The prices I have given are Amazon Prime prices for new books that include shipping (if the student has amazon Prime). 3. I will give the students the names of many theological dictionaries with their pros and cons and recommend very strongly that every student should have a dictionary, whichever one best fits the student’s needs.
