Winter 2018 College of Engineering Graduation Ceremony will be held on Feb23th, 2018 at Natural Sciences Campus

□Date : 11:00 Feb 23(Fri), 2018

□Place : Natural Sciences Campus Auditorium (next to Medical building)

※Note: - Main graduation ceremony in Seoul campus will be held on 11:00 Feb26(Mon), 2018

- Ph. D student must attend Main graduation ceremony in Seoul campus.

□Rental, Return of Flowing black gown (※Note: Only for Bachelor, Master)

1) Date & Place ※ Not run from Feb 15(THU) to 18(Sun) because of New Year holidays.

2) Preparation: Rental Fee(￦5,000), Identity card(or Student card), Bag(for putting gown in)

※Note: Take student’s ID card if other takes gown by proxy.

3) Procedure

Pay Rental fee & Submit ID card / → / Submit receipt to next desk & Take a gown / → / Return

4) Return: until Feb 27(Tue), 17:00

※Note: Please Return gown within the period at the appointed place.

□Diploma Distribution

•After Graduation Ceremony, at Main hall lobby on Feb 26(Mon), 2018

※If you can’t attend Graduation Ceremony, Diploma will be distributed atthe Office of the college of Engineering (Engineering building 2 26111) from Mar5(Mon) or Business School 1F Lobby in Humanities and Social Science Campus on Feb 26(Mon) 11:00~15:00

•If you can’t come to school to take the diploma, please send the email that includes ①Department ②Student No. ③Name ④Phone No. ⑤Address to (Diploma’s scheduled to be sent on the End of March, 2018)

□Yearbook Distribution

(1) Subject : Students who were taken pictures haven’t applied delivery service and haven’t take the

Yearbook before.

(2) Distribution Date and Place ※ Not run from Feb 15(THU) to 18(Sun) because of New Year holidays.

※Yearbook Fee can’t be refunded.

□Certification of Graduation Issuance: After 13:00 on Feb 26(Mon), 2018

※Note: Students who rent black gown can issue the certification after returning the gown

□Note

•‘Traditional gowns’ are not enough. Prepare in advance.

•If student haven’t returned borrowed book, can’t take Diploma nor issue Certification of Graduation also. (Return borrowed book: until Feb9(Fri) 17:00)
