1. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES - Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs with emphasis on Housing - 25%, Family Resource Management - 25%, Nutrition Education/Family Development - 30%, Home and Community Education Leadership Development - 10%, and 4-H Life Skills Development - 10% in Washington and Holmes Counties. The Agent also is responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective volunteer advisory group, volunteer system, and system for accountability to all relevant groups, organizations, and agencies. In addition, I am responsible for insuring that all activities and programming are in accordance with civil rights, equal opportunity/affirmative action, and ADA guidelines. I also perform other duties as assigned by my County Extension Directors.
