Cumbria Children’s Services Audits – Supervision

The audit tool is designed to enable managers at all levels in Children’s Services to audit supervision practice in Child and Family Care. It is based on the Children’s Services, Policy and Practice Guidance:

Part 1: Directs the designated auditor to evaluate the general and practical aspects of professional supervision.

Part 2: Requires the designated auditor to consider workload and practice of the practitioner receiving supervision and evaluate against the audit tool indicators.
