Members Present: Present were Mayor Patrick Rosenello, President of Council pro tempore Kellyann Tolomeo, Councilpersons Edwin Koehler, Margaret Bishop, James Kane andDavid Del Conte. President of Council Salvatore Zampirri and Councilman Joseph Rullo were not present. Also present were City Administrator Kevin Yecco and Solicitor William Kaufmann.

RESOLUTION:

RE:Private Meeting – Litigation

The above resolution was offered by Koehler, seconded by Kane, the roll being called, all voting in the affirmative, the President of Council declared the resolution duly adopted. 9:30 AM

On a motion by Koehler, seconded by Del Conte, that Council now return to open session. Carried. 10:04 AM

On a motion by Koehler, seconded by Bishop, that caucus be adjourned. Carried. 10:04 AM

SPECIAL MEETING

10:04 A.M.

A regular meeting of the North Wildwood City Council was held in the morning of the above date in the City Hall. The President of Councilpro tempore stated, “The meeting is now open. Adequate notice of this meeting has been provided by posting a copy of the notice of the time and place of this meeting on the City Clerk’s bulletin board and publishing a copy of the same in the Cape May County Herald on March 8, 2017 and in the Press of Atlantic City on March 8, 2017 and March 10, 2017.”

ROLL CALL:Present were Mayor Patrick Rosenello, President of Council pro tempore Kellyann Tolomeo, Councilpersons Edwin Koehler, Margaret Bishop, James Kane and David Del Conte. President of Council Salvatore Zampirri and Councilman Joseph Rullo were not present. Also present were City Administrator Kevin Yecco and Solicitor William Kaufmann.

RESOLUTIONS:

RE:Awarding Contract To MJJ Construction, L.L.C. For 16th Avenue Boardwalk Park And ADA Compliant Access Improvements

The above resolution was offered by Koehler, seconded by Kane, the roll being called, all voting in the affirmative, the President of Council pro temporedeclared the resolution duly adopted. Mayor Rosenello stated that a DCA Grant in the amount of $400,000 will offset the cost of this project.

PUBLIC: None.

ADJOURNMENT:

On a motion by Koehler, seconded byBishop, that there being no further business before Council, we do now adjourn. Carried. 10:07 AM.
