Dismissal Report
The Dismissal Report program is used for the Law School Division only. This program lists all law students who are eligible for dismissal. Any law student with a cumulative PPA of less than 70% is on this list. This program also generates an Error Report which lists students with invalid years, categories, or a cumulative PPA greater than zero and less than or equal to 54.5. Please note that students with errors are not considered for dismissal. The Dismissal Report program can only be run in the spring semester; the system does not allow for this program to be run at any other time.
1. Enter Banner identification
- If the Banner page is to have a specific title, enter the desired title in the space provided for Banner Identification.
2. Select form of output
- You can choose e-mail or up to 5 printed copies. Please note that if you select e-mail, the list will come as a pdf file, Adobe Acrobat is necessary to open this file.
3. Enter time and date to run.
- Once the request has been submitted, a confirmation screen will appear indicating that the request has been queued. Click the Continue button to return to the Available Options screen.
