You are hereby summonsed to attend a General Meeting of the Parish Councilin Hail Weston Village hall on Tuesday 21st July 2015 at 7.30pm to deal with the following business:-

The meeting is open to the public, including the press (Item 5). The public may address the Council on current matters or issues of concern. Any matters raised for decision will become a future agenda item.

County and District Councillors will be usually present at this time.

Item 7b. Prior to the commencement of the meeting, Mr Tom Selway, Community and Public Affairs, Green Hedge Renewables (GHR) will be present to provide a presentation and to answer any questions in connection with the proposed Solar Farm, Little Staughton. GHR will be present from 7.00pm – 7.30pm.
