* It is strongly recommended by the department that students complete another Distribution Social Sciences course besides PSYC 201, 203, or 204.
+ HED 201 requires a B or better and is the only HED course that may be taken prior to major admission.
Careful planning of courses is required in order to complete the degree in a timely manner. Courses listed in the 3rd and 4th years are offered on a rotating basis, meaning they are not offered every semester or even every year. Select from any course in these 2 years based on availability. Please see a Health Education adviser for planning a long-term schedule. Student teaching must be taken in the last semester, and no other course work can be taken in this semester.
Students are encouraged to consult with an adviser about second teaching fields.
Students may elect to take courses during the summer term to lessen their academic load.
