Eligibility
To be eligible for “Bonus Gifts”, you must meet the “paid at status” for your new level for the first three months. After the 3rd month, you will receive your “Bonus Gift.” Once you achieve Senior Director, you must choose a collection and all “Bonus gifts” thereafter will be from that collection in the order stated in the chart above.
The Silver Bells Promotion Gifts Program is good only for Ind. Senior Executive Director Gretchen Manmiller’s first line team. This program is good for promotions and bonuses earned in March 2011 to December 2011.
At the time of your promotion, if the jewelry or products are not available from Brighton, you will receive a product comparable to charm shown.
Please note that periodically throughout the year you may receive other charms from me – so don’t be surprised if one day a charm shows up in your mailbox! There will be a card attached telling you why!!!
