It gives me immense pleasure in informing you that XII Annual General Meeting of the SOCIETY will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2010. at Jaipur and hosted by SANSKAR SCHOOL.
Important information for the schools is given below:
1. The matter of Government's order dated June 1, 2009 was challenged before the Hon'ble High Court at Jaipur and is pending under consideration.
2. Right of children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, which was passed by both the houses, has been published in the gazette on 27th August 2009. The notification of the date for its implementation is awaited. The SOCIETY is all set to challenge the same before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The Act provides for 25% admission of weaker section and disadvantaged groups from neighborhood area.
3. The SOCIETY is now on web and can be visited on www.unaidedschool.com and it contains the following pages:

The website has been launched by courtesy of Neerja Modi School, Jaipur.
The Schools are requested to visit the website regularly as all the information will be displayed over there. At present, the leading Judgments viz. TMA PAI Foundation, PA Inamdar, Action Committee of Delhi, Cochin University and Gratuity to teachers along with Right of Children for Free and Compulsory Education and CBSE Circular about grading system are available at one place on Bulletin Board of the website.
A copy of this circular and information about the next AGM is also available there. I request you to regulary visit the website and give your valuable suggestions for its improvement.
ADVICE in relation to new admissions: The members are advised to maintain their existing prospectus, registration charges and admission fees
Annual Subscription: This is to draw your attention for the remittance of annual subscription Rs. 3000/- (Rs. Three thousand only) for the year 2009-10. The annual subscription should reach us by 2nd January 2010 so that your school is eligible to vote and contest for Executive Committee. The Executive Committee will be elected in the Annual General meeting.
Please send us the matter which you think is important for the AGM to consider, by 2nd January 2010.
Please fill the delegates' form which is enclosed herewith and send the same alongwith the annual subscription.
