Supportive housing providers

1.For the purposes of paragraph 2 of section 64 of the Act, if a lead agency is not designated under section 88 of the Act for a service area of a service manager set out in Column 1 of the Table to this Regulation, the provisions listed in section 64 of the Act apply to the supportive housing providers set out in Column 2 of the Table opposite the service manager as of the date set out in Column 3 of the Table opposite the supportive housing provider.
