ENTRY FEE PCAWA MEMBERS $55.00, IncludesPCAWA Eventing Series & ground fee. Capel H&PC members may deduct $10from entry fee.

ENRTY FEE OPEN CLASSES $60- must pay day membership or annual PCAWA membership prior to event and provide proof of membership to collect number. See options and disclaimer

Open riders must be over 16years.

WITHDRAWALS Please notify the Event Secretary of all withdrawals as soon as possible. No refund for withdrawals after official close of entries as per Rule 21 of Equestrian Australia Eventing Rules

XC Course Open – 1pm Saturday, Show Jumping –11am Sunday

XC Briefing –11am Sunday, Cross Country–12 Sunday.

AWARDS: Prizes/trophies for the winner and runner up of each class. Ribbons to sixth place and completion ribbons willbe presented unless otherwise advised. Riders are asked to be correctly dressed for and attend presentations. Non attendance may forfeit prize.

Entries with an unencumbered helper will be given our best attempt at preference of jobs as they are greatly appreciated.

COMPULSORY HELPERS: Each rider must nominate a helper over the age of 15 yrs. A rider with 2 horses may unfortunately be given 2 jobs if we are short of helpers.

NO UNPAIDENTRIES ACCEPTED. ( Late entry, if accepted attracts $20 penalty)
