EXHIBITOR REGULATIONS:
1. Definition of exhibitor - Educational displays
2. Dates and hours of operation:
Friday, September 4, 2015 set up from 3pm to 8pm or Saturday morning 7am Saturday, September 5, 2015 9am to 6pm FAIR
Saturday, September 5, 2015 Take down and tidy.
3. Insurance:
You will have to provide a copy of your insurance to the Skeena Valley Fall Fair Society. The liability needs to have the same limits as the insurance for the Skeena Valley Fall Fair Society. Farmer’s Market Members / Non profit Societies / Craft Vendors / Home Based Businesses may opt out of the insurance requirements. Please contact Vendor Coordinator for further information.
4. Registration / Allocation of Space / Fees
Registration deadline is Friday, August 28, 2015.
Booth spaces are approximately 8ft x 1oft.

Fees are as follows:
Registration fee $20.00 which includes 2 Adult passes. Extra exhibitor passes are available at $3.00 each. Exhibitors must bring their own tables and chairs.
Educational and Non Profit Displays will be admitted free of charge, however they must register by August 28, 2015.

Exhibitors to supply their own power cords.
6. Cancellations
Please contact us if you are unable to attend after being registered, so we can allocate your space to another exhibitor. NOTE: No refunds after August 28th, 2015.
7. Miscellaneous
We do not have tents, tables or chairs for exhibitors. Please provide your own supplies
NOTE: All exhibitor booths are the responsibility of their owners.
