Trade Terms and Conditions:

  • All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.
  • A minimum initial order of 300 EURO or £200 will be required. Thereafter the minimum carriage paid order value is 300 EURO or £200 ex VAT
  • Carriage of £8.00 plus VAT will be charged on orders under £200.00 goods value. There will be

a small order surcharge of an additional £10.00, plus carriage charge on orders under £100.00

net goods value. (UK & Eire only. Export freight charges on request).

  • Kilns, controllers and Uhlig products will always be delivered ex works
  • Goods remain the property of hobbygross Erler GmbH until such time as payment has been

received in full.

  • In case of non-payment, hobbygross Erler GmbH, or its agents retain right of access to the purchaser’s premises to reclaim its property.
  • hobbygross Erler GmbH cannot accept liability for any claim once the material has been cut, painted or processed in any way. hobbygross Erler GmbH’s liability is limited only to the credit or replacement of goods as originally supplied by hobbygross Erler GmbH.
  • Credit terms, subject to status, are: 30 days from end of month of invoice. Statutory Interest may be charged on overdue accounts. Overdue accounts may be passed to a collection agency for recovery. Their charges will be added to the overdue account.
  • hobbygross Erler GmbH reserves the right to refuse to supply or to give credit to customers who exceed credit terms.
  • hobbygross Erler GmbH reserves the right to refuse credit or trade terms at any time, with no reason given.
  • hobbygross Erler GmbH reserves the right to alter the prices and specifications without prior notice. All sizes and measurements are approximate.
  • Any claims for faulty goods or non-delivery must be notified within 7 days of invoice date to Sinotex UK (Tel: 01737 245450).
  • It is essential that you notify Sinotex or our credit control department immediately if you dispute any invoice or reminder
  • Whilst we are happy to give advice on product use, we will not accept liability as conditions of use are totally outside our control.
  • German law applies.
  • Trade or other references may be required. We reserve the right to carry out credit checks on your account.
