The meeting will be held in Room 101, County Office building, 455 County Center, Redwood City.
Please come 15 minutes early to get your food and beverage and get settled so that we can begin at 11:30am.
Wellness Committee meeting will be from 11:30 - 12:30pm.
Local Farmers and Online Produce Delivery vendors will be here from 1pm – 3pm.
At your recommendation, we have scheduled local farmers and online produce delivery companies to come and provide information about their services, delivery and costs. They will be in Room 101 from 1pm – 3pm.
Please feel free to invite your Department Wellness representatives or others from your department who might be interested in learning more about this!

August 8 – Liability/Legal considerations for onsite exercise programs + equipment (this will be a mandatory training for departments with wellness grant monies targeted for this type of activity and will be conducted AFTER the general meeting)
September 12 –Vending MachineChangeout (tentative) – suggestion to invite our Procurement Manager and the Vending Machine Company president to discuss the project
Also, would like to set aside time to listen to your ideas about topics/classes for 2014. I’m asking all of the Wellness Team to be present at this meeting.

Alicia Kellie and I have been discussing the possibility of a joint Safety – Wellness – Ergonomics meeting in the Fall, bringing together the department representatives from each program and identifying potential collaborations/partnerships/efficiencies in working together.
