Job summary:
The Talent Match Coach is primarily responsible for engaging and inspiring the service users to become involved with the Programme. The role is responsible for identifying the service users needs and aspirations. It is key to have a solutions focused approach to support, motivate and encourage the service user to achieve a positive outcome by gaining a job, training or becoming self employed.
Sheffield Futures has secured Talent Match funding for the Sheffield City Region.
Rush House is delivering the Rotherham area promise through Talent Match Coaches across the Borough.
Talent Matchis targeting young people who are furthest from the jobs market, including those who are completely outside of the benefits, work and training system and facing severe barriers to gaining the skills they need to get into work.
Talent Match in Rotherham will boost opportunities for young people in these areas by bringing together partnerships of employers, education providers and others, led by Rush House staff.
The investment was co-designed with young people, both centrally and in each of the 21 partnership areas, and will continue to have young people at the heart of decision making throughout the life of the fund.
A current driving licence and access to a vehicle during working hours with business use insurance will be required.
