FOYNES HARBOUR – ESTABLISHMENT OF DIRECTIONAL LEADING LIGHT – SHANNAKEA BEG

Notice is given of the establishment of a new Directional Leading Light (Shannakea Beg) at Foynes Harbour.

The light is designed to complement existing leading lights located at Foynes Harbour, and in particular to assist vessels when exiting Foynes Harbour.

The light is designed for use during periods of darkness and restricted visibility only. Light will remain extinguished during daylight hours.

Directional Leading Light will be established in the following position;

Latitude: 520 37’ 25.331N

Longitude: 0090 09’ 16.726W

Centre line of Navigation Channel: 107.90 / 287.90
