Service Performance Agreement
Bellydancing by Shayna agrees to provide the client with a belly dance performance for approximately 30 minutes of dance.During her performance, she will invite audience members to join her in dance.The dancer will pose for photos with the guests, if requested in advance. We assure you a professional and lively belly dance experience that will make your special event even more memorable.
MUSIC: We will provide authentic Arabic music for the performance in the form of a burned CD or Ipod, whichever is requested in advance.Client must provide a compatible sound system. If one is not available, please inform us in advance, so other arrangements may be made.
COSTUMING: The dancer/dancers will wear beautiful elaborately decorated, top of the line authentic bellydance costumes that are handmade in the Middle East.
TIPPING:Tips are highly appreciated by the dancer/dancers. Guests may feel free to show their appreciation in the traditional Middle Eastern way, by either “showering” her with money during her dance, placing it in her arm band or by handing it to her during or after the performance.

I authorize to charge my credit card a $50.00 non refundable deposit for the belly dance performance, and acknowledge receipt of such services. Balance is due in cash at the conclusion of the performance. All parking fees are the responsibility of the client. I understand that there will be an additional fee of $20.00 per 15 minute intervals, if the performance is not able to begin within 10 minutes of scheduled time.
