  • Circuit: Change circuit stations every 30-60 seconds while being guided by a certified personal trainer.Alternating between cardio and strength training exercises.
  • Cardio Ball-Sculpting: Sets of high and low impact aerobics and ball/weight sculpting movements
  • Boot Camp:High intensity strength and endurance training sets. Designed to strengthen and tone the whole body – we promise you will feel and see results fast! Combining weight lifting, kickbox, spin, step, whatever is needed! Get ready ladies!
  • Step: High intensity, low impact movements performed on and off the step. Intensity level determined by speed, travel and execution of movement patterns.
  • Zumba:Based on the principle that a workout should be FUN and EASY. Uses a fusion of Latin and International music featuring aerobic/fitness.
  • Gentle Yoga: For ALL levels of yoga - Janet has healing abilities and will work with everyone to make sure they have a satisfying yoga experience – you will adore JANET!
  • Kickboxing: Kick boxing class using no equipment. Powerful punching, fun moves, great music, high energy, and various kick moves. Get that aggression out after a hard day.Bag used in addition to spice things up!
  • Pilates: Body conditioning routine that assists to increase flexibility, endurance, and muscular strength. Pilates increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body’s core.
  • KELSEYS FUNKY CARDIO: Kelsey will get you moving, sweating, laughing, and forgetting you are “working out”
  • Spin: Indoor cycling class – try it out! It’s a great cardio workout you don’t want to miss. Get those legs in shape for spring! Great thing about indoor cycling is that you control your own ride!
  • Hip Hop Meets Salsa: Taught by a professional dancer, Kahleela, you will learn true hip hop and salsa moves, get a great work out in, have fun, and learn a routine! Cost: $10 per class
  • Bellydance :Taught by a professional bellydancer, Shahreena, you will learn how to move your body in ways never thought possible. Costume and accessories sold at class too! Make the commitment – you will not be disappointed. Register at front desk.
  • FITCAMP :Sergeant Laura Sanchez will whip you into shape. $10 per class, 4 week commitment, every W & F evening from 5-6pm.
  • Intro to Weight Lifting: Personal Trainer, Adrian will show you how to work out and build muscle, lose fat, and lift weights the right way! Limited to 5 people per class. So sign up at the front desk now!
