Senior Director of Program Operations

At St. Patrick Center, we’re one of Missouri’s largest providers of housing, employment and health opportunities for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. We take an action-based approach to service and offer nationally recognized programs that assist more than 5,700 people each year. Summary

St. Patrick Center is transitioning to the Housing First methodology, while our mission remains the same. The agency is undergoing reorganization, with roles and responsibilities redefined in coordination with Housing First.

The Senior Director of Program Operations is responsible for program compliance; program and financial budgeting; and the overall organization and execution of the grant application process.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Participate as a full member of the Program Management Team, working closely with the Senior Director of Clinical Excellence, Senior Director of Permanent Supportive Housing, Senior Director of Rapid Rehousing, and Senior Director of Coordinated Entry.
  • Maintain a matrix reporting relationship with the Chief Finance and Administration Officer.
  • Develop, implement and direct an improved process for grant review, application, and renewal, including establishing appropriate timelines and budgeting guidelines.
  • Act as an internal consultant to members of the Program Management team, to assist and direct accurate and reasonable program and financial budgets, forecasts, and spending analysis.
  • Ensure all aspects of grant compliance are met. Work closely with the Senior Director of Clinical Excellence to include compliance with direct client service requirements.
  • Work directly with funding agencies on compliance criteria and adherence.
  • Direct the physical building inspection and compliance process, as required by the funding agency, for all clients housing, including properties owned by St. Patrick Center, and scattered site housing units.
