Implementation Plan
We plan to measure teachers in non-SGP courses using our Mean SGP score. During our August 31st meeting we will share our mean SGP score with all staff members and discuss / brainstorm ways that we can all support score improvement. During TKES conferences we will also ask teachers to document under the Documenting Performance tab what actions they are taking to improve the Silver City Mean SGP score.
