A Complete RDYM Scholarship Application Packet Should Contain:
- Completed and signed RDYM Scholarship Application Form
- Completed RDYM Scholarship Checklist for desired scholarship(s)
- Essay(s)
- Transcripts
- Recommendation(s)
- Complete RDYM application packets are to be submitted (unfolded) in a 10 ½ x 13 sealed envelope marked: Marks of Excellence and put in the Youth Ministry Team mail slot in the Administrative Office by May 18th, 7:00pm
NOTE:
- Incomplete scholarship applications will not be considered for any scholarships. No exceptions.
- Finalist may be asked to meet briefly with the scholarship committee
- Applicants can apply for all, but will not be awarded more the ONE scholarship
- Complete and submit only one (1) RDYM Scholarship Application Form
- Please make sure the specific RDYM Scholarship Checklist is attached to the essay and other required documents.

Applicants are REQUIRED to attend Marks of Excellence: Ceremony of Recognition to be eligible to receive scholarship award: June 1, 2011, 7:00pm, Bates Memorial Baptist Church, 620 E. Lampton Street.
