With reference to the above, I am by direction to inform that the dates given in the Academic Schedule for conducting B.Ed. Degree Examinations will be July 2013.

The detailed scheme of Theory, Moderation of Records and Practical Examinations will be intimated in the due course.

In this connection, I am to inform that the last date for the receipt of filled in ICR forms for July 2013 examination from the Regular and Supplementary students of B.Ed. Degree Course is detailed below:

The ICR forms can also be obtained from the University Office from 28.03.2013 on production of evidence and total number of students and combination wise.

The University has prescribed the fee structure for the above examination is furnished below:

In this connection, the Principal of all Affiliated B.Ed., Colleges are requested to collect the filled-in ICR Forms from the students and send the same combination wise separately along with list of students to the undersigned and also requested to collect prescribed examination fee from the students and send the same with consolidated Demand Draft in any scheduled banks drawn in favour the “Registrar, Vikrama Simhapuri University” payable at Nellore. The Principals also requested to enclosed Xerox copy of the Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate duly attested by the Principal, Original Migration Certificate along with ICR forms.

The ICR forms received in the office of the Controller of Examinations with insufficient information, insufficient fee, and not having the signature of the Principal and seal will be summarily rejected.

Further, I am to request the Principals to help the students in filling up the ICR forms as per enclosed list of Code Numbers of the Colleges, combinations of groups, Papers and also requested to display in the Notice boards. The Principals are specially requested to mention the B.Ed. CET Rank Number in the ICR form for verification and also requested to enclose the B.Ed., CET rank list approved by the CET convener.

I am also request you to kindly send the ATTENDANCE particulars of all the students at least 15 days before the commencement of the examination for sending the HALL TICKETS to the Principals /Chief Superintendent well in advance.

Please take meticulous care in filling the ICR forms and in furnishing the required particulars completely as this will be the basis for supplying the required number of question papers to your College/Centre. The University will not be held responsible for any lapses in sending question papers, if any required information is not furnished.
